Domestic Orders (Pakistan):

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs apply unless the product was incorrect or defective.

International Orders:

Returns are accepted within 25 working days of receiving the order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund or replacement will be processed within 10 working days.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping fees.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share product photos.
Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund promptly.
